Drill Collar

DP-Master drill collar bars are heat-treated in our modern quench and temper plant and only the highest quality raw material from world-class mills is used . DP-Master utilizes AISI 4137H and 4145H modified steel. Drill collars are manufactured in sizes from 3 1/8” OD to 11” OD in accordance with API Spec 7-1 and NS-1 specifications. Drill Collars can also be supplied in our proprietary sour service material.
